Our Story
Our Consultants have seen a lot of changes in the last decade working across the Saudi Arabian market. Diversity in the workplace is at the heart of this change.
During this time, we have worked with candidates with disabilities who shared their disappointment in the lack of good job opportunities that were available to them, and the numerous roadblocks they encountered along the way. Simultaneously, it was apparent that modern organisations were looking to become more inclusive employers and were interested in a diverse candidate pool. And thus… EmpowerME was born.
