A HR Manager plays a crucial role in any organization by overseeing the human resources department and its various functions. This role will report directly into the HR Director but will work closely with C-Suite also.
Responsibilities:
• Aligning HR initiatives with business objectives to support company growth.
• Managing and addressing demands, grievances, or other issues to maintain a positive work environment.
• Overseeing the entire staffing process, including job postings, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
• Implementing performance review systems to ensure high performance and employee development.
• Identifying training needs and implementing programs to enhance employee skills.
• Applying and consistently maintaining HR policies across the organization.
