A Legal Counsel is a key player in any organization, providing crucial legal guidance and support. This role will report into the Head of Legal within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Providing legal support and advice to upper management on relevant legal issues.
• Ensuring compliance with internal controls, statutory regulations, and other formalities.
• Calculating and handling risks in business processes and decision-making.
• Drafting legal documents such as contracts, statements, agreements, etc.
• Executing procedures for protecting patents, trademarks, and industrial designs.
• Handling litigation and guiding management through litigation processes when required.
